Tennessee Valley Authority, East Tower Consolidation, Knoxville Office Complex
As part of a multi-year term contract with TVA, Studio Four Design has effectively managed complex planning, phasing, infrastructure and management concerns at the Knoxville headquarters one of the US Government's largest agencies.
In a recent effort to consolidate resources, TVA asked us to develop a strategy for a potential move to their West Tower in anticipation of selling the East Tower.
Studio Four Design was able to Coordinate with State Fire Marshall, city code officials, and TVA's consultants and develop a realistic plan of action to physically separate two government buildings that were originally built as 'one', sharing all power, egress, fire and security controls.
