Prototype Drive-Thru, 53 branch Facilities Assessment and Interior Design, East Tennessee region
Since our inception in 2002, Studio Four Design has been providing First Tennessee Bank with miscellaneous consulting and design services.
The most comprehensive of these services was a needs assesment/implementation plan for all 53 corporate branch facilities throughout the East Tennessee region.
The report identified ADA, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building deficiencies while also providing implementation strategies and priorities which defined capital expenditures for each corporate facility over the next ten years.
Out of this assessment we have continued to help First Tennessee Bank implement renovation projects, including a prototype design for a walk-up/drive thru bank in Kingsport, Tennessee.
