Pierce-Needham Residence
Located in Old North Knoxville, a multi-phase update of this 1925 bungalow was developed to include a kitchen and bathroom renovation, interior design color and finish recommendations, and a porte-cochere addition in the rear. The client’s goal was to modernize their home while enhancing the 80 year-old character of the original house. After removing the non-original alterations, the kitchen and bath were updated with period fixtures the client purchased online. Complemented with hand-picked tiles and custom-made cabinetry, each space seamlessly blends old and new.
