Unlike many small architectural firms, the principals and staff of our studio have had hands-on involvement in many of the most significant building projects in the East Tennessee region. Our architectural experience covers the spectrum of project types from public to private including; residential, commercial, institutional and athletic, with construction costs ranging from one-hundred thousand dollars to one-hundred million dollars. Project sizes vary from several hundred square feet to over a million square feet. Our experience in project delivery methods includes traditional design-bid-build, design-build, fast-track, phased delivery and others. Clients vary from homeowners and small businesses to developers, contractors, corporations, public agencies and institutions.
