Projects. We love new ideas. We stay curious. We invite opinions and expertise from others. We're experience-based. The more we know the better the result. We work in the areas where design, technology, art and science overlap. We are continually learning and teaching each other, making room in our days to explore. We share what we know with our consultants and clients. We take pride in providing objective leadership for each project, with design solutions whose organization, composition and materials are as clear as the client’s goals.
Structure. We know that every firm talks about the value of their people; we live it. We believe that, next to our clients, our people comprise our character and are our greatest strength. We operate horizontally as an employee-owned company. Creating a cooperative work environment is vital to our success. The entire staff meets weekly to share information, review financial operations, coordinate project development and discuss ways to continually improve the quality of our services; streamline our design and delivery process; control costs; and improve relationships with consultants contractors and, above all, our clients.
Layout. Vist our studio and you’ll see how open we are. We’ve turned concept into reality. No offices, no walls and no doors. From a floating glass divider for our conference area to desks which hover delicately above the floor, every detail reinforces the open quality of our space. We are constantly aware of the day-to-day work, sounds and activity in the studio. This quality allows an exchange of ideas without barriers. Our environment emphasizes and encourages these attitudes, and is critical to our collaborative effectiveness.
