We don’t hide behind creativity, we use it. We strive to keep our studio professional, but informal. We respect the process and the people.
We are strengths-based. Our staff have diverse talents, backgrounds and passions with a deep knowledge of their own craft. We know from experience that the sum of our parts makes us a greater engine than the parts alone. Together we make design happen. We share ownership. People who have a hard time collaborating will not enjoy this environment. We thrive on it.
We are a small firm. In our current location, we can accommodate a staff of twelve. Our attitude is that we will stay that way. We will work to refine our customer service goals, building long-standing partnerships with our clients and with each other. Small gives us the freedom to manage our destiny, to say no when we want to. Small keeps our studio tight, fun and caring.
We are not competitors. Ask us who our competitors are, and we’ll draw a blank. We’d rather talk about the firms whose work we admire and why. We celebrate good design wherever it happens. Our focus is on getting that kind of work and executing it well.
We guard our reputation. We have an excellent reputation among our clients, contractors and within the design community. We protect it by providing exceptional service and doing very good work, consistently. We set and maintain high standards for ourselves. Good work attracts good people and outstanding clients.
